A space woven with care, connection, and quiet strength

The Nest is a warm, gentle support group for any woman impacted by domestic, family, or sexual violence (DFSV). Whether you’re currently experiencing it, have lived through it in the past, or are supporting someone who has—you are welcome here.

This space is all about healing, connection, and peer support. Through shared stories, creative activities, and quiet yarning circles, The Nest offers a peaceful and empowering environment where women can breathe, reflect, and begin or continue their healing surrounded by others who understand.

What to Expect at The Nest

Each monthly session offers:

💜 A warm and supportive yarning circle

💜 Peer connection and shared understanding

💜 Activities like weaving, journal decorating, and clay art

💜 Guest speakers, including service providers and survivor voices

💜 Light refreshments and gentle conversation

💜 A crèche supported by Specialist Workers from Lilly Pilly Place—so mums can attend with ease
