WARRANGGAL DHIYAN
(STRONG FAMILIES) PROGRAM
Supporting Aboriginal families on their justice journey
Warranggal Dhiyan means Strong Families in local Aboriginal language. This program is here to walk alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families who have a loved one currently in prison, recently released, or impacted by the justice system.
Led by Gunida Gunyah Aboriginal Corporation, Warranggal Dhiyan offers culturally safe, wraparound support designed to build strength, connection, and stability for the whole family. We support each family for at least 12 months, working together on your goals.
