At Gunida Gunyah Aboriginal Corporation, your voice matters. We welcome your feedback—whether it’s about a positive experience or how we can improve our services. We also want to hear from you if you are unhappy with a service or feel you have not been treated fairly or reasonably, either by us or someone delivering services on our behalf.

 

You can share your feedback in the following ways:

How to Make a Complaint at Gunida Gunyah Aboriginal Corporation

Anyone who uses GGAC’s services or is affected by its operations has the right to make a complaint. GGAC welcomes complaints and aims to resolve them fairly and promptly.

 

Ways to Make a Complaint

 

You can make a complaint:

  • In person or verbally to:

    • The staff member you were dealing with

    • Their Manager

    • The CEO

    • A Board member

  • In writing:

    • By post:

  • Online or via form:

    • Fill out a Feedback and Complaints Form from
      www.ggachub.com.au

    • Submit it via the Suggestion Box at
      167–169 Conadilly Street, Gunnedah

  • By phone:

  • Anonymously:
    Submit a feedback and complaints form using any of the above methods.

     

    Please note: If you make a complaint anonymously, Gunida Gunyah will be unable to provide you with any feedback or updates about your complaint.

How we handle complaints:

At Gunida Gunyah Aboriginal Corporation, we aim to resolve complaints openly, honestly, and quickly.

We will acknowledge your complaint and provide a response within 7 working days
